Rosewater and Glycerin Spa Soap

Coming October 6th, a new Spa Soap called Rosewater and Glycerin. Ok, so admittedly, this soap is very similar to the old Rose Milk Spa Soap that I used to carry, except for a drop dead gorgeous new scent! This soap is scented of roses, of coarse. Light and airy tea roses, with just a touch of pomegranate to give this scent a modern and refreshing twist. This is a very daydreamy romantic fragrance.
This soap was formulated after the old time Glycerin and Rosewater facial tonics. Rose water has been commonly used in skin care to help alleviate dry and maturing skin and is also believed to help balance combination skin types. Glycerin is a natural byproduct of the soapmaking process, therefore every soap handmade by Wylde Ivy contains glycerin. For this soap however, I added additional quantities of glycerin to make it extra special. It is a natural humectant, which means it draws moisture to itself. Glycerin is believed to help the skin remain moisturized by drawing moisture to it.
This soap is colored with Rose Clay, an extra mild clay that is suitable for all skin types. I’ve even added an extra dollop of Coconut Milk to this soap to make it extra creamy.
